How we're paid
This page exists so there's no ambiguity about the business model. Read it and decide for yourself whether to trust the reviews.
Where the money comes from
When you request a demo or sign up for a tool through some of our links, the vendor may pay us a referral fee. We may also earn recurring commissions on a few marketing tools we recommend. That's the entire model — no paid placements, no "sponsored #1 pick," no pay-to-be-listed.
Why that doesn't bend the reviews
Recommendations are scoped to practice type and stage, and are made before affiliate status is considered. A tool with no affiliate program can still be our pick for a segment; a tool that pays well can still be the one we tell you to skip. Every affiliate link is visually marked, and the conspicuous disclosure above appears before the first such link on any page that has one.
The two-score method
We never publish a single blended "best overall" number. Each tool carries:
- Third-party satisfaction — the vendor's rating on independent review platforms, with the review count and the date we pulled it. This is their data, labeled as such.
- Marketing-capability score (0–5) — ours, derived from a fixed six-layer patient-acquisition rubric. Reproducible, and re-scored separately for each niche a tool serves.
Blending two unlike axes into one number launders opinion into data, so we don't do it. You see both and weigh them yourself.

Vendor relationships
This table is filled in as partner agreements are signed. Until a row appears here, assume we have no paid relationship with that vendor.
